Alia Bhatt buys a luxurious house worth whopping Rs 37 crores for her production company and gifted two flats to her sister Shaheen Bhatt!
Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is on a roll these days. The Raazi actress, who is the most bankable star in the industry, has become a proud owner of a luxurious house in Bandra West. The actress has reportedly purchased a swanky house worth Rs. Rs. 37 crores for her production company Eternal Sunshine. Not just that, Alia has even gifted two flats to her sister Shaheen Bhatt and their cost will make your jaw drop! On April 10, the actress gifted two apartments in Mumbai to Shaheen worth Rs 7.68 crore.
As reported by Etimes TV, the new house that Alia has purchased for her production house is spread across 2,497 sq ft and is located in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill. The Gangubai Kathiawadi star has paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and the sale agreement is registered for April 10, 2023. Talking about the flats she gifted to Shaheen, Alia has spent a hefty amount on two flats which is spreading across 2,086.75 sq ft and is located in Gigi Apartments in Juhu, Mumbai. Interestingly, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor’s house Krishna Raj Bungalow is currently under construction and the couple is often spotted doing an inspection of the eight-story house.
Meanwhile, Alia is making headlines for bagging the best actor nominee at the upcoming 68th Filmfare Awards, which will be held on April 27 at the Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai. She is competing with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, and Tabu in the best actor category. Notably, her film Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has bagged ten nominations at the awards ceremony.
